What you're getting into

What happens if I cancel?

You keep grading access through the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops automatically. No partial refund for unused time, and no auto-charge after that.

How does the School Pack decide who counts as one of the 10 teachers?

By email domain. Buy the School Pack with your school's email (e.g. someone@yourschool.edu), and anyone who signs in with an @yourschool.edu address is automatically covered, up to 10 distinct teachers, first-come first-served. There's no invite step to manage.

What happens once all 10 School Pack seats are taken?

The 11th teacher on that domain won't get automatic access. Seat management (freeing up a seat, or adding more) isn't built yet. If your school is close to 10 teachers, reach out first so we can plan around it.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or from Teacher to School Pack?

Yes, reach out and we'll sort it out manually for now. Self-serve plan switching isn't built yet.

Is there a refund if it's not for me?

Reach out within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Do the 25 free papers carry over once paid plans are fully live?

The free tier isn't turned on yet, so this doesn't apply during the current pilot. We'll spell out exactly how it works before it launches.
